David is a director and senior practitioner at 4D Health and Performance in Sydney’s CBD. He graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic in 2012. David is currently completing his Masters of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning) at Edith Cowan University.
In his near 10 years of clinical work, David has worked with athletes from amateur to professional and Olympic levels in both a treatment and rehabilitation capacity.
David’s treatment strategies focus on functional assessments, soft tissue techniques, taping and corrective exercise rehabilitation to manage and prevent sporting injuries.

Damien has over 13 years experience working in a private practice environment and is the principal practitioner/director in multiple clinics. He draws on his wealth of experience treating elite level athletes to the everyday person, helping them to manage all types of conditions.

Having travelled to the United States to learn A.R.T from the founder and internationally recognised, Dr Michael Leahy, Damien is one of the most qualified A.R.T providers in Australia. Today, Damien has completed over 13 A.R.T courses.
Damien specialises in sports specific chiropractic, spinal diagnosis, lower limb sporting injuries and corrective exercise therapy. His experience stems from working with various elite level athletes from various sporting fields. Damien is a member of Chiropractic Australia and Sports Chiropractic Australia.

Domenic is an Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist accredited by Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and a Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCA). After completing his undergrad, Domenic went on to complete a Master of Health Science (UWS) and a Masters of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning) (ECU).
Working as an Exercise Physiologist and Strength and Conditioning coach have provided Domenic with more than 10 years experience working with general population, injury rehabilitation and WorkCover right through to junior and elite-level athletic development. During his time at 4D, Domenic has had the pleasure of working with athletes and teams from a board spectrum of sports. This has guided his understanding of the subtle difference between the physical requirements of particular athletic pursuits.
Domenic’s passion for education lead him in 2017 to join the EXOS education team as an International consultant. As part of the EXOS team, Domenic delivers the EXOS course work internationally, collaborating with coaches from around the world.
Domenic’s scope of work includes devising rehabilitation programs within private practice, alongside Workers Compensation and CTP cases. Domenic is also the Health and Lifestyle advisor for Linfox NSW and Asics Australia.

Shaun is a graduate of ACU and Macquarie University, he holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science (ACU) and a Doctor of Physiotherapy (MQU). Shaun is currently the head physiotherapist for Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles NSW Cup. He has near a decade of experience working as a physiotherapist within private practice and sporting teams.
Shaun is enthusiastic in his management and rehabilitation of many injuries and dysfunction the human body can present with, including spine to the upper and lower limb. Over the years he has developed a keen interest in the role physiotherapy plays in post-surgical management. He works closely with local orthopaedic surgeons and the patient to provide the highest level of multidisciplinary care.
Working as a physiotherapist with professional and semi-professional sporting teams has provided Shaun with invaluable experience. Allowing him to understand the high demands of sport and the most effective management strategies to rehabilitate the associated injuries. He focuses on extensive clinical assessment, functional testing, accurate diagnosis, manual therapy, movement correction and strength exercises. To effectively return individuals to their chosen activity with a goal to improve performance. This skillset is integrated into his clinical practice and utilised when it comes to working with a patient from injury to performance.

Suhaanan is a physiotherapist with experience in the fields of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. He graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Physiotherapy degree and is currently studying his Masters of Sports Medicine at Melbourne University. He has worked with athletes from amateur to professional levels and with a variety of rugby union clubs ranging from social to semi-professional teams.
This experience provides Suhaanan with an understanding of how to effectively and efficiently manage his clientele. Suhaanan focuses on thorough assessments to help provide the best understanding of your condition and will use manual therapy techniques and corrective exercises tailored for your needs.
Suhaanan is particularly interested in strength and conditioning as well as looking into the biomechanical analysis of movements and their relevance to performance in not only sport but also daily activities.

Suhaanan believes in providing a holistic treatment approach ensures his patients are able to perform at their optimum level in all aspects of their life including sport, work, and everyday activities.

Jacinta has always had a passion for sport, as a competitor when she was younger, and now as a high-performance coach.
When she isn’t at 4D, Jacinta is either with the Randwick Rugby Club where she holds the position of Head of Performance, or with the Australian Women’s Rugby 7 team where she is an assistant strength and conditioning coach.
Jacinta holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science from UTS and is currently completing her Masters of Exercise Science (S&C) at ECU. She is an accredited Level 2 Strength and Conditioning coach through the ASCA.
Whilst working as a strength coach, Jarrod was first exposed to ART for an overuse injury of the hip that no other practitioner could fix. Not only did ART fix the issue but it got his hips feeling the best they had in years.
From then on Jarrod changed his career path to specializing in ART so more people could experience the life changing results that he did.

Emelia is our friendly receptionist in our Castle Hill clinic. She graduated from Ed5 International in 2018 with an Advanced Diploma of Performing Arts. This gave her the opportunity to be a session singer for various occasions, perform as a backup dancer for Marcia Hines, appear in advertisements for Wet and Wild and most recently work on a feature film (yet to be released). Emelia is now currently completing a Bachelor of Science (Health) at Sydney University.

Kathy is a graduate of Macquarie University, completing her bachelor degree in Business Administration majoring in Event Management. Before joining 4D Health & Performance, Kathy has had experience working in Sales, Recruitment and Human Resources.
Kathy is a Crossfit and weightlifting enthusiast. Kathy has developed a keen interest in the health and fitness industry particularly rehabilitation and injury prevention. She continues to work closely with our health professionals to ensure our clients are provided with the highest quality of care and support.

James is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and Strength and Conditioning Coach. He has a keen interest in high-performance sports, musculoskeletal injuries and chronic disease management. James has worked internationally across the exercise spectrum including working with professional athletes, youth athletic development, injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management and disability. James’ scope of work includes designing advanced rehabilitation program within private practice, workers compensation and chronic disease management. James is also currently the head of strength and conditioning for North Sydney Rugby Union U20s.
