See real results with our 4D Active programs written by a team of health practitioners including Exercise Physiologists, High Performance Coaches and Physiotherapists who currently work with Australian Olympic and elite level athletes.
At 4D Active, we have access to some of the most high-end technology and up to date scientific research.
When you attend our group fitness classes, you will find a supportive, group-training environment with personalised coaching. Each group exercise class is led by a 4D Health and Performance coach and features fun, effective movements keeping you engaged and excited to come back for more. Our classes are about more than achieving fitness goals; each new member will first undertake a Functional Movement Screen, and then be provided with an individualised corrective program to help address any areas of concern. If more serious dysfunctions are found in the screen we also offer a no gap initial session with our in-house Practitioners. 4D Health and Performance coaches will adjust plans when needed, whether it means scaling back because of injury, ramping up because a goal has been surpassed, or providing additional motivation when it’s needed most
If you like high-energy workouts, you’ll love these dynamic, 45-minute classes. Our classes have 2 very different styles. Firstly, we have the Strength Class which is focused more on using weights. Secondly, we have a Hit Class which looks similar to a High Intensity Interval Training type class. Both classes have the movement prep phase at the start of the class.
