Coming from a background of playing Rugby League, Rugby Union and Martial Arts, David has firsthand experience what pain and injuries are common amongst athletes. Hence, David’s treatment strategies focus on functional assessments, soft tissue techniques, taping and corrective exercise rehabilitation to manage and prevent sporting injuries.

He started his career in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer in 2006, shortly thereafter he was awarded as the 2010 Fitness First Regional Personal Trainer. Darren has experienced firsthand the needs and goals of corporate athletes. Using a combination of soft tissue techniques, strength and conditioning exercises not only to treat injuries, but to prevent them from occurring.

More recently, Domenic travelled to Arizona in the United States to the EXOS high performance facility. Domenic underwent a gruelling to training regime to complete all phases of the EXOS mentorship program.

Domenic has gained experience with elite level trainers and coaches during his time as Rugby League player. Domenic has worked with multiple teams including Parramatta Eels, Penrith Panthers and Manly Sea Eagles – in which he experienced both sides of advanced strength and conditioning rehabilitation program development.

Domenic’s scope of work includes devising rehabilitation programs within private practice, alongside Workers Compensation and CTP cases. Domenic is also the Health and Lifestyle advisor for Linfox NSW, Toll Logistics and Asics Australia.

Shaun has a passion and commitment for providing patient centred care to achieve optimal outcomes. With an avid interest in improving functional human movement patterns, he believes as a physiotherapist we need to strive to become advocates for health promotion through education, manual therapy, movement and exercise.

Matthew’s interest in sports has also lead him to coaching roles with The Kings School, which has furthered his interest in strength and conditioning, and musculoskeletal injuries.

Jason is an avid sportsman, having played tennis at a semi-professional for many years. His experience with competition tennis has provided him with first hand experience in dealing with sporting related injuries.

Other than tennis, Jason spends every spar moment he has on the golf fields. His love of golf has which has lead him to the USA to become a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified practitioner. TPI is the world’s leading educational organisation dedicated to the study of how the body functions in relation to the golf swing.

Jason has also completed further post-graduate studies and accreditation in:

Wes has developed a passion for all things sport after growing up playing everything from AFL and cricket, to hockey and surfing. Wes has gained experience across the last few years working with elite athletes all over the globe – from working with surfers in the Vans Triple Crown competition in Hawaii, student-athletes at Stanford University Sports Medicine, rugby league players here in Sydney at South Sydney Rabbitohs, to the GWS Giants AFL team for the last two seasons.
